​I established Turner Hargreaves with two objectives; to challenge the often justifiably critical perception of the recruitment industry and in doing so to provide a personal and bespoke level of service above and beyond the norm, to clients and candidates alike.
Our passion to support and help people in their career development drives the quality of service we deliver and our independent nature ensures we never lose focus.     Lynne Hargreaves commenced her career in  London as a  HR Business Partner, prior to moving into Finance Search and Selection in 1990. These experiences provided Lynne with the skills and experience required to establish a recruitment firm that would offer a consultative approach and high quality service to clients and candidates alike.

    Turner Hargreaves was formed in May 1997,  with the main objective of providing quality driven, project managed solutions to client's recruitment needs, as well as providing candidates with the level of service we would expect ourselves
