    • information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time);

    • page response times, download errors, lengths of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any telephone number used to call our customer service number

WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you.  Your right of access can be exercises in accordance with the Act.  Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information that we hold about you.

Any changes that we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
